Some people prefer to work out alone or do not have the facility to train with me but would like training and diet advice, I can provide online coaching. I will provide you with a training program and a comprehensive diet plan based on your individual needs. You will then be able to follow the program by yourself with online coaching from me via email. For maximum adaptation results I recommend changing your training program every 3 weeks. This will give your body enough time to see the benefits but not too long that the body gets too used to the exercises and changes stop occuring. For those of you that are unsure of the exercises and correct technique it may be useful for you to book in for a one off personal training session to ensure you know how to do the exercises and help prevent injury.
