I first started training with Michelle around 3 and a half months ago. At that stage I was very overweight and my blood pressure was dangerously high. Michelle has worked with me to bring my blood pressure down and improve my physical fitness. She has also recommended me to a sports masseur and an osteopath and she has worked with them to solve problems with my posture. Michelle has tailored a training programme which suits both my personality and life style. I have trained with many trainers in the past including former boxing trainers but none of them have managed to make the training sessions as entertaining as training with Michelle. She is also a superb technical trainer who is always correcting minor points in my form and she meticulously tailors each session and is fully engaged. In short she is an excellent trainer who has done wonders for both my physical and mental health and I would not consider using anybody else

Having recently given birth to my 3rd child my body has become increasingly out of shape. Michelle devised me a workout & diet plan and in 3wks i have already lost half a stone. Seeing results so quickly motivates me even more to work hard & achieve my goals. Could ask for a better trainer!!

Michelle is the best personal trainer I have met. She really listned to what I wanted to achieve and taylor made programmes and diet plans to help me hit my target. She has made a big differance to my life and I would recommed her to anyone.

I am a mother of 4 very young children. Michelle has motivated and inspired me to get myself back into shape. I follow her diet plans which are realistic and simple and try and work out where I can. Like Michelle says - good diet + excercise = results. Thanks Michelle

Michelle always makes sessions interesting, challenging and enjoyable. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge and uses her experience of different exercise types to deliver very thorough, well-prepared sessions. Highly-recommended.

What a great trainer! Michelle really listened to me with regards to my goals and tailored our programmes perfectly. We worked hard and it felt great...
